Saturday should have been the better day -over mast high, 4m sails and down the line.

But it just got better! Sunday was cleaner, punchier and wall to wall sunshine!

Wavejam 3 this weekend?

The current forecast for the weekend looks spot-on, 30mph South West winds for most of the country and a 15ft swell on the west coast could see 2 days of awsome conditions..

Wavejam 2

Despite an epic forecast, the second Wavejam held at the weekend didn't live up expectations. The wind and waves were in abundance, but an unpredicted offshore wind and closely spaced mast high waves made waveriding almost impossible.

The sailors are hoping for more luck with the next jam.

The first ever Wavejam..
Monday, 03 December 2007 13:12

The first ever Wavejam happened at the weekend. Many of Britains top windsurfers and photographers came together in Cornwall over the weekend to try a new windsurfing event format where the main priority is to score epic conditions. Despite the weather not actually playing ball (squally wind and rain) the weekend was a huge success and the seeds were sown.
